How it’s made:
Our dedicated artists will draw the design by hand to match the picture you uploaded.
After that it is ready to be engraved onto a pendant which is handcrafted by our goldsmith. The pendant is then sanded and secured to your necklace of choice.
Lastly we give the pendant a thorough polish and apply the finishing touches.

Our goldsmith creates the jewelry of your choice.
We engrave the design into the metal with high precision.
A high polish is applied to the piece to ensure a long life and a beautiful shine.
The piece is then Gold-plated. (optional)
Lastly, your custom piece is placed in a jewelry box and packed for shipping.

Our refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
